At the helm of Stratosphere Capital Partners is CFO Darius Green, a seasoned strategist with a distinguished 12-year career in the United States Air Force. His background as an Air Traffic Controller and Command Post Controller has honed his communication and leadership skills, as well as his ability to make critical, high-stakes decisions under pressure. Throughout his military tenure, he contributed to key operational commands, including:

• USAFE & EUCOM Command Center
• AMFC Command
• SOUTHCOM
Darius retired as a non-commissioned Officer and after his military service, he transitioned into the cryptocurrency sector. He brings over half a decade of experience in crypto market analysis, investment strategies and digital asset management. He has served as a crypto liaison to Ward Holdings International and as a crypto analyst and investor for GKB LLC (Global Kingdom Business), where he played a pivotal role in developing blockchain investment strategies.
Leonard Lucas III is a distinguished executive with multifaceted experience spanning traditional finance, corporate strategy, and community development. His career began at JP Morgan Chase, where he served as a Business Analyst, providing tailored business solutions for clients and supporting initiatives that drove operational efficiency and growth across diverse sectors.
Currently, Mr. Lucas holds several influential board positions, underscoring his leadership in both the private and non-profit sectors. He is the Vice Chair of Swiftlight Consulting, a pioneering firm dedicated to forward-thinking strategies in political advisory and innovation consulting, where he helps shape initiatives at the intersection of policy and transformative enterprise solutions.
Further extending his commitment to societal impact, Leonard is an active board member of the Calix Foundation, a mission-driven non-profit organization that delivers critical resources to underserved communities. Through the foundation, he supports initiatives that provide scholarships for youth, food assistance programs, and essential services for the elderly — working to create pathways for opportunity and well-being.
In addition, he brings his visionary approach to Aethter Finance, a progressive think tank and advisory board focused on uniting traditional finance with decentralized finance (DeFi). At Aethter Finance, Leonard contributes to building frameworks that bridge institutional capital with blockchain innovation, paving the way for future-ready financial ecosystems.
